Manufacturing and Order Process
As a reliable winter and leather gloves manufacturer, we streamline every step—from design and material sourcing to production and timely delivery—ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Material Sourcing
The materials are organized by the purchaser as soon as the order is received.It costs about 7-20 days depending on the materials.Customized materilas usually take longer time.
Sample confirm
After we receive all the materials,PPS are prepared by the sample worker.All the details must correspond to the bulk production.It costs about 3-7 days.
Corte & Costura
After you confirm the PPS,we will enter manufacturing step.The materials will be cut by the molds confirmed before.The pieces are provided to be sewed by experienced workers.
Iron
When the gloves are finished sewing,they are passed to iron wokers,who choose the best fit molds to iron the gloves.At the last,we get well-ironed gloves with good shape.
Inspect
In this step experienced workers will check the gloves carefully.When any defect is found,we will try to repair or just replace them.The trimmings will also be checked.
Pack
This is the last and also very important step for manufacturing.Workers will follow the process which is confirmed by you and our merchandiser.
Bulk Sample
When the production is ready,shipment samples will be took from the bulk and sent to you for the final confirm.In this case,you will get exactly what you order.
Envio
After you confirm the shipment sample, you can choose any China port at your convenience.For urgent orders,we can provide AIR or DHL,Fedex,TNT service.

What's the MOQ if I need to re-design?
Usually the MOQ is 1200 pairs for a customzied design.But it depends on the MOQ of raw materials sometimes.

Our factory has been certificated by BSCI audit since 2015 and we will continue to audit for the next years.
How long does it take for me to receive the goods that I've ordered?
For the most of orders our lead time is 45-60 days.If you need an urgent offer,please contact with our salesman.

Usually the MOQ for daliy wear leather gloves is 100 pairs and for work leather gloves is 100 dozens.
